Mr. Pugn was a character who briefly appeared in the series 4 episode The Decomposition of Delia Dethabridge.

Old Mr. Pugn was bald on the top with thin black hair round the sides, a turkey neck and a big nose. He wore a light brown shirt with a darker brown jacket, and was dusted with dandruff. Later on, after catching a nasty case of greenfly, he and all his clothes turned different shades of green. He was described as being more of a limp lettuce than a human being.

Mr. Pugn was Delia Dethabridge's teacher, whom she refused to do homework for. After catching a dose of the greenfly, he was sprayed with insecticide and carted off in an ambulance by a pair of medics.
