Percy Crumpdump was a character who appeared in the series 2 episode An Elephant Never Forgets.
Description[]
Percy was an average boy with curly ginger hair. He wore a white shirt, red-and-blue striped tie, grey shorts, white socks and brown shoes.
History[]
After their guide Roger showed them elephants whilst on safari in Africa, Percy and his sister decided that they wanted one, dead or alive.
Upon returning to England, the children received a parcel from the postman. Inside was the foot of a baby elephant which Mr. Crumpdump had had shot and turned into an umbrella stand. After realising that the foot was magical and granted wishes, Percy and Belinda, being so spoilt, soon ran out of things to wish for, so Belinda wished that the elephant was alive and back with them. This turned out to be a mistake, as the elephant, only having three legs, overbalanced and rolled down the stairs, squashing the two as flat as pancakes.
