Shane was an extremely bad sport, and raised his only son, Bruce, to act in the same way. Whenever Bruce competed at anything, Shane would encourage the boy to win at all costs, even if this meant cheating. Unfortunately, this backfired spectacularly when his son threw a temper tantrum after losing a game of Snakes and Ladders to his younger sister, and was gobbled up by a group of hungry snakes.
